Amazing, we have people on here constantly criticising the club for not doing anything and as soon as they do something different they still get moaned at.

People were and are still critical of the attempt to get families into the Ormond stand, complain if Saints reduce prices for a couple of games as they already have a season ticket and now they come up with something different for an AWAY shirt and get moaned at - no wonder they find it difficult to take on board fans ideas.

There are a few fans at every club who would rather football was associated with hooliganism, sectarian chanting, hatred and abuse, because its football and its about blokes being hard. Start to make a genuine gesture like this and the alarm bells start ringing.

I think you probably had to be in Turkey to fully appreciate this. I've been to over 25 Scotland away games, plus Vaasa and Monaco, but they were all blown away by Eskisehir. Everyone we met in the city, not just the football supporters, was so friendly and welcoming. The sheer positivity of their support was infectious as well. I'd love to see Saints fans, and Perth as a whole, being as positive and passionate about THEIR team as the people of Eskisehir, but sadly I can't ever see that happening. We, as a nation, seem to love moaning and putting everything down too much!

Ok so this has gone on long enough. Only picking up 1.4 points per game in the country's top flight, and losing a staggering 9 games from 30... this is just not good enough. Granted, we may be above teams like Dundee Utd, Aberdeen, Hibs, Hearts and Dundee but struggling to match Ross County and ICT is just beyond the pale.

Sitting on 41 points, we are a massive 3 (THREE) points behind our total points tally for season 2010-2011 and a staggering 9 (NINE, yes NINE) points behind our total points tally last season. We only have 9 games left to play this season. We are in a crisis, and going backwards.

Our manager has insisted on playing this daft 4-5-1(/4-3-3) formation that has only brought us wins away to Hibs at home to Aberdeen and St Mirren and points at home to Celtic and away to Dundee. But being knocked out of the Scottish Cup in a one off game away from home is unacceptable.

Every team is allowed an off-day in most peoples eyes, but not ours. Our defeat at Tynecastle is astounding, losing to a team who are second bottom is unforgivable. They may have reached the final of the League Cup but they were knocked out of the Europa League by an embarrassing 2(TWO)-1 agg score to Liverpool who lets be honest, wouldn't survive in our World-Class league.

What we really need is someone to come in who doesn't know our players, who probably hasn't watched us play or train this season, if ever.. and who will command a fee from another club or a wage because we demand someone good. This will ensure we finish second where we deserve to be since Scott Brown told us so back in September.

To do this we need Lomas out. If we can organise a rally after the Kilmarnock game (after which we could be in a European spot, but that doesn't matter) to get rid of our gaffer this would be of benefit to the club. We can even send the Chairman a letter since that's the done thing these days.

I've given up reading the posts above. After I got to 'Manus has lost is more points than he has won is' and that the formation that destroyed Hibs and Aberdeen, looked fabulous in the second half against Celtic, and should have got us at least a point in Dingwall is 'not working' I resorted to putting my head in the oven.

Much as it pains me to say it, Dundee played excellently, and their movement was much better than it has been all season. Saints, despite Lomas' public warnings, seemed to think they just had to show up to get 3 points. Nothing to do with formation, much more to do with the attitudes of some players. Over the course of a season, that happens, and I think they really missed chief 'leader by example' Murray Davidson when it started to go wrong.

It's not the end of the world, we aren't 'complete sh*te' and all is still to play for. We have still got a chance for our best season EVER, and currently have our best goal difference in recent history, which I think says much more about the team over the season than one poor performance.

I hope some of the negativity merchants look back in a few years time and wonder how the 2012/13 season would have panned out if the team had had some support instead of pathetic moaning.

Make no mistake, Dundee are in total disarray. They have a manager that they dont want, a board of directors they dont want and a CEO they are desperate to get rid of. Saints have to go through there and get wired into them early and get the Derry on the Dundee players back. If we do this, then we will get the 3 points that will put us well on the road to the top 6.
This could be the last time we play them for a number of years, so lets get right behind the team and make it a night to remember.

I too was very cold yesterday and I think it's shocking, if the club don't act soon and do something about the weather then I for one won't be going back.

And other people might not go back either, and we might end up with poor home crowds.
