I'm not keen on the trip through from Edinburgh but amn't sure I can trust The Royal Mail/FFC to get cash/a cheque back to me. Phoned FFC and they said if I paid by card refunds have to be put back on that card - is there anyway they can prove how tickets were bought? I can't see anything on the ticket. When I asked how this was possible by post she asked me to send my card number, expiry date and the security code on the back! "Yeah, no problem! I sent mine off in the post last week and still have had nothing back..And frankly it is exactly what I expected.. My missus spend a £5 on registered post but she was sending back 2 tickets.. Having phoned the office today I am told that my refund is "in the post" and having given them a registered SAE I have been able to check and can confirm it is as they said on its way. She was really unhelpful and said she could only give me a cheque as the money had already been banked, I told her to ram it and give me my cash back. Imagine you working there and having shit loads of Saints and Falkirk fans heading up and moaning on and on about it then demanding a cash refund. Tell you what, luckily she never gave you a cheque and go bank it up yer arse! l o l. My cheque had bounced at the bank from Falkirk!! Getting dealt with now FFS!!
