Kilgour
Every time something does not go their way Celtic immediately launch an appeal and try and stir up the media. Do the crime......do the time.
garydavidson
I believe they used the term 'unprecedented'. I think Derek Adams could let them know more about that. Six match ban is not enough for the accusations Lennon has thrown about.

squiddy
Apparently not 'Chippenham Town striker David Pratt, 21, was sent off just THREE SECONDS after the kick-off. He got his marching orders for lunging at an opposing player straight during a match against non-league rivals Bashley, in Hampshire. Referee Justin Amey showed Mr Pratt a straight red for the dangerous tackle on Chris Knowles' What a mentalist

The ref started slightly early the ball got punted forward the keeper came out the boy ran passed swore because he had missed the ball and the ref sent him off. BlueJ
Is this a record for a red? McAlister after 35 seconds. Isn't this the McAllister that Del spent a lot of last summer chasing?

Indicator
Happened to have Football Preview on BBC1 on in the background today. There was a 30sec SPL slot and during that time you saw this guy snarling at some match officials whilst being forcibly restrained by about 4 other people. Honestly a club that employs such a person cannot have any complaints that they attract so much criticism and have lost any respect that they previously had from the general footballing community. The great man Jock Stein must be turning in his grave at the atrociously bad example this man sets.

It is a passionate game, Iam sure Del would have had a go at officials if we had faced the clown the other night with the offside goal and sending off. The Hearts game you have to remember was during the time that there was all the stooshy about the Dundee United match, Iam sure STein was as passionate but never had 20 cameras trained on the match and everything he did in addition to which the money unvolved was a helluva lot less,

I think Stein had a (considerably) bit more class than him. I agree that they've obviously had some questionable decisions, but so does everybody. Lennon is probably only doing it to distract attention from his poor managerial skills.
Kilgour
Celtic win quite easily collecting their weekly penalty along the way.Willie Collum stands feet away from Lennon and suddenly the ginger whinger becomes the ginger weasel. Back to the greeting as soon as Sellick are struggling in a match ???

SaintinReading
Team Penalties for / Pen. Against Celtic FC 8 / 1 Rangers FC 7 2 missed / 3 Hearts 5 / 1 1 missed Inverness 5 / 5 3 missed Aberdeen FC 4 / 8 1 missed Kilmarnock FC 4 1 missed / 4 Motherwell FC 3 / 3 Hamilton 2 1 missed / 7 Hibernian FC 2 1 missed / 6 Dundee United FC 2 / 1 St Mirren 1 / 2 St Johnstone FC 0 / 2 as far as I can see that tells a few storys... Mainly Celtic seem to be favoured more than anyone else From the following site http://www.football-lineups.com/tourn/SPL_2010-2011/stats/penalties/ Edited January 17, 2011 by SaintinReading
Wish i was Joe McGurn
why was he up infront of the sfa today for comments made after the old firm game when the united game has not been dealt with. Deal with the first offence then any that come after that in the order they happen. Or are they scared to do this

Deal with the first offence then any that come after that in the order they happen. Or are they scared to do this Yes they are scared .... The SPL like the Referees are very wary of being attacked in the press by Lennon and co.. I would suspect that if you look at the penalty stats at the end of the season you will see that Celtic will have been awarded a substantial ammount more than any other club. Lennon is and has always been someone who like to intimidate people and to be fair it works. Unfortunatly we have not heard the last of him. I can say however that as soon as he/Celtic do something that they can be dragged over the coals for another sob story about how they are being badly treated will come out to cover it up. Can Celtic really do anymore to make themselves even more dispicable and putrid
SaintinReading
One good point is that home fans wont have to put up with their biggotted filth Typical Celtic Paranoia
Tranmere Saintee
It will never happen as the majority of these prats only ever see Celtic live when they are playing in their home towns and wouldn't have a clue how to get to Glasgow never mind Celtic Park.
