  1. I agree! Say Saints were Covid ridden and due to play the old firm! Their game against Sevco postponed! Next game Celtic, saints field a depleted side, Celtic win! Rearranged Sevco game Saints field full strength squad! Do you think Sevco would accept that! Would they heck so why should Saints! We only want to be treated fairly.. alas if you act like a doormat you get treated like a doormat.. it’s up to Saints to fight their own corner!!

  2. No apology to St Johnstone in their shitty corporate agent statement. Hope they get relegated.

  3. Seems its been changed again. If Aberdeen play Hamilton on Wednesday, then St Johnstone cannot just accept that in silence. Hamilton and Celtic will be handed a huge advantage by being allowed to play a weakened Aberdeen side, while we were denied it. There is no logical reason to allow a game 4 days after you postponed one, when the virus can last for 2 weeks and isn't always detected via testing.

  4. Integrity and public health are out of the window if Hamilton game goes ahead. St Johnstone have to be awarded three points here. Utterly ridiculous on every level that St Johnstone are penalised for the atrocious actions of others. We need a strong club statement here. Our club is being treated with complete contempt. Aberdeen can join Hearts and Sevco on the naughty step.

  5. If Aberdeen games against Hamilton & celtic go ahead then saints are the only ones being punished here. I hope as a club we complain to the spfl but no doubt nothing will get done as they are just useless. I totally understand why game is off tmrw but surely the other 2 have to be also.

  6. And now the pathetic corporate apology from the 8 culprits, what a pile of shite, Aberdeen just covering their arses, if they were serious would say give Saints the points regardless of Doncaster abd his shite but really just Aberdeen looking after themselves and their delusional idea they are title challengers fcuking bangers

    Season Tickets

I've given up trying to get season tickets for my son and I on finance, took saints from 5th July till 7th August to finally send me application details for Ormond stand after an email and two phonecalls. Season is screwed already so rather save ma £s. Also finance company wanted me to send photographic evidence of address etc..., Have never sent a photo on phone in ma life and not about to. Might get all technical and get an e tickets or what ever you call them when and if we get back to games. Sorry I've ranted on my first post, now away to bury ma head into Scotland's finest export.

  8. May is the word. A small fine for players or club is the most they will do. They should make Aberdeen play the rearranged game without the 8 players that were due to miss the first game. Steve Brown should be pushing for that rather than rolling over & getting his tummy rubbed.

  9. As usual Sturgeon aiming at the general public. She is focusing all her efforts on covid which is fair enough but she has to also take heed of the other things that will effect her reelection like Education,Economy & the fans of the most popular supported sport in Scotland. In overruling her sports minister along with allowing games against Hamilton & Celtic go ahead she is taking into account the biggest supported club in Scotland & it is not Hamilton. St Johnstone have been treated badly in this whole affair. Of the thousands of words written & spoken on this affair the only time St Johnstone appears is the fact that Aberdeen were meant to play them today. C,Mon Saints for once don't sit back & allow our team to be trampled all over.

  10. O.k. End the season now. Celtic* it is then, on goal difference.

  11. Realistically there are more things in life to worry about than if we get to play a weakened Aberdeen side. I suspect in the background the club will be pissed, but won't say anything in public because it so easily could be us (or any other team)...just takes one person to not follow guidelines etc. This has got me thinking....at what point would the SPL call the season if the SG shut down football? At this early stage, you'd imagine they would just declare it null and void....but there must be a point where results will stand...half way through the season?...Clubs normally down the bottom better keep that in mind as unless players learn a lesson this is going to happen again.

  12. The current lockdown rules for Aberdeen are very strict and in particular they specify that nobody should travel to the city for leisure purposes. The first review for these rules is set for Wednesday but with the cluster numbers still on the increase that review is most unlikely to see a relaxation. So no way will the Hamilton game be allowed to go ahead. Already most media reports about this game are casting some doubt about it surviving since the penny has dropped that its fate will be decided when Nicola has time to give it her attention. Someone might be allowed to ask a question about it at one of her daily briefing sessions and that will be that. As for the Celtic game the Ayebroke legions will scream blue murder at the slightest suggestion that their arch rivals be allowed to run up a cricket score against a weakened Aberdeen.
