crieffsaintandy
PSG v AC Ajjaccio, in the main stand at Parc de Princes, but the two ends behind the goals were bouncing, Boulonge end and the Auteuil, even although the team from corsica only had about 100 supporters with them, bit like Hamilton coming to Perth
CallySaints
Been to see about seventy matches in england, couple of Tenerife home games, seen Barca draw nil nil at home to espanyol last season, haarlem v omniworld prior to scotland match in holland in march this year, plus couple games at euro 2004. Canna beat it!
Nelly78
Went to see Barca v Club Bruges in the Champions League about 6 or 7 years ago. Game finished 3-2 Barca, but was far more one sided than that in reality with Bruges scoring 2 late goals. We sat in the top tier and it was like watching Sensible Soccer. Atmosphere was awful, Bruges fans were all big, scary looking ****ers, but it was good to sit so high up and see the movement off the ball of the Barca players. Also went to the Skeid v Sarpsborg Norwegian 2nd division match the night before the recent Scotland Norway match. Truly awful football, so we left at half time to go back to the pub. deej
Crieff Juniors World Tour (well, Spain at least) saw Barcelona - Recreativo in April 09. Iniesta scored after 44 seconds, and the game finished 2 - 0. Messi missed a penalty, he's crap Sat 5 or 6 rows from the very top, was looking over the edge at half time. Health and safety folk over here would have a fit, the stadium is MASSIVE, and the only thing stopping someone falling off is a wee 4ft wall. StDuncM
Whilst stationed in the former West Germany went to see Gladbach many times when they were a fine team in the 70s and Hertha Berlin before the wall came down when based there. Saw PSVs home games now and again as well as VVV Venlo. Spent 3 months working in near Cagliari in Sardinia and managed to catch a few games including a game against Inter Milan. Phenominal experience!
