This week it’s the Nottingham Forest hotseat – currently still occupied by fellow Scot Billy Davies – that McInnes is said to be the “top target” along with former Newcastle boss Chris Hughton according to Sunday’s News of the World. Hope its true The Gaffer will move on when circumstances dictate that he should. The Chairman has already stated he will not stand in his way. DBay Saint
Fed up at rumour mill every time a vacancy comes up. Fact is that Del will move on some stage when the right offer comes in. Meanwhile he is strengthening team and if he does go then I am confident in Geoff's ability to find an able replacement who can pick up from Del & Tony and take us forward. 1 Perth Saint
Geoff may choose a former saint so I'd put money on Paul Sherin being our manager after Del's departure
dave mc
Goran is doing well with East Fife youngsters apparently,so he might be worth a shout. He would play football the right way anyway.
Born2Bru
Davies is favourite for Cardiff job apparently so you never know. Now it seems that Del is being quoted for the Cardiff job: http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/251264/Cardiff-target-Derek-McInnes
Ronaldo
Why did Billy Davies get the sack? He reached he play-offs and only lost 36 games out of 126 games at the club. I personally think it's a bad time to change clubs because managers are attempting to put their plans in operation for the new season at their existing club and don't have long at the new club to add new plans or assess the squad in competitive football. Coyle came here in the month of March and left in the month of September. It's up to Derek and his family though.

BlueJ
Cardiff offering Watford £300k compo for Malky McKay. If McKay goes to Cardiff, Watford coming back in for Del would be the most realistic scenario so far.
Scott1884
GB thinks Cardiff would be taking a risk with Del due to his relative inexperience. This constant speculation everytime a job comes up certainly isn't helping Saints. If he is going I'd prefer he went now rather than after the season started. SingaporeSaint
I am pretty confident Dell will at least start the season as manager. If we get off to a good start the I can see him moving on during the early silly season pf panic sackings !!! Then again just my opinion.
