tucker Posted January 19, 2022 Report Share Posted January 19, 2022 Don't think Scott Boyd is doing a very good job, he has to take some of the blame at the club at the moment for letting McCann leave for so little money upfront,he didn't do a very good job at county seems to be bringing poor players in .if you look at what United just got from villa etc shows how poor a bit business saints did. Signing players like Crawford on long term deals and Callum booth will cost sr Johnstone in the long term booth is not the player he was . His signings haven't been up to scratch anywhere he has went we are turning into the county of Scotland. This is not the saints the way. As far as his time at ross County was concerned he was made redundant and they gave his job as Director of Football to the co manager, thus saving a wage. And given he was only there 11 months and they were quite successful during that spell not sure how he didn't do a good job. He does not make decisions on who the manager wants contracts with. As faras the structure is concerned Grieve seems to be head of recruitment Another case of looking for scapegoats and someone to blame when Tommy left it was all Robertson;s fault now wehn we are sitting at the bottom of the league it is Boyds fault.
