Dev
Did Peter Noren actually score for Saints? Maybe I am getting him mixed up with Peter Fyhr. His performance at Brockville was the single worst performance by any football player at any level I have ever witnessed. Noren scored on his one and only Saints appearance, a 3-0 victory over Stranraer. I can't remember who the other scorers were that day although I think perhaps one was George O'Boyle. Nessie
I played for the st Johnstone SC FC under12's and we got humped in every game before we disbanded half way through the season...the worst was 25-0 drubbing by North muirton, we were run by a guy from Scone called Jock and he came out to blairgowrie to pick us up in an old mini bus. we used to change in a bar just round from the north inch playing fields... The ghost of Jim Morton
Gala Fairydean fans with 16 hole doc martins, rolling a police car. 30 saints fans in a 3 cells in Stirling nick ( and we weren't even playing there) singing Saints songs Specky at Falkirk getting thrown out 3 times in one game. The segregation at Brockville. A net an eight foot gap and another net Throwing pies through the netting at east end park and trying not to get yer head kicked in if you went to the pie shop at the back of the shed. Singing there's a train at Starks park evey time one went passed. There were hunners of them. Windy day at Arbroath where Tulloch had to tip his own kick-out over the bar. Unscrewing the light bulbs on the train and then launching them at the leaving reception we used to get every time we went to Dens. Going to East stirling and kicking the big gate which promptly open and we all piled in.
