Tranmere Saintee
Thanks fot that THC - couldn't be bothered looking it up myself this hour o the day. The fact he is a right back would add to the speculation that a certain player may well be signing for Swindon rather than us:wink:

Radford 72
Heard this myself on the radio this morning. Not exactly the most inspiring name in the world, going on his performances for teams up here. To be fair though, I don't know how he's done for Hartlepool. I think McCunnie has been playing as more of a holding midfielder in recent times, although he certainly broke through at Tannadice as a right back. He's generally a bit of a utility player. Saint Stevo
I thought he looked ok at United, but certainly not any better than what we have at the moment. Has there been any mention of a fee?

supersaint44
Wouldn't be a great signing but not a bad one either we kind of need a utility player in the team as at the moment we are trying to use Ando and thats isnt his style. however this does make me very nervious about Irvine..... Ronaldo
I'm reading "Jelley Man's Thrown A Wobbly" by a famous Hartlepool supporter. He might know. Squad building is the point. He was in the Hartlepool team that beat Premiership side Stoke City in the FA Cup this year.

Does he have a wheelbarrow & massive balls?
Cagey
Did he not play for Dunfermline as well & did we not try to sign him when he was with them or am I thinking of a player with a similar name.
Radford 72
Did he not play for Dunfermline as well & did we not try to sign him when he was with them or am I thinking of a player with a similar name. I think we were linked with him when Dunfermline were relegated but then it seems to take us numerous attempts to land any player. In any case, McInnes has said the story is rubbish. The Saints boss has denied that there is any truth in the rumour he has moved for former Dundee United player Jamie McCunnie, who was released by Hartlepool. 18SJHedgieFC84
Been told to leave Clyde as the are in deep s***! Highly rated. Would we be intersted?
ryangordon86
Not sure how he'd handle the SPL, definitely a good player at first division level. Might be worth a go, he scored a fair few goals in a crap Clyde team. What about the return of Sir Wullie?
sjfc_camo
not this season anyway we need a proven SPL striker please
Radford 72
I don't really rate Pat Clarke at all to be honest. He's not a bad finisher but his general play is poor and he's not that good a goalscorer that we could ignore that. His record this season isn't that impressive either. Nine goals from open play in the league but in Clyde's 36 matches, he's only found the net (from open play) in six of them. Hasn't scored since the very start of January either, so when his team's really needed him, where's he been? I don't think he's a patch on any of the senior strikers already at the club.
