Steve McQueen
I noticed that Derby County released Lee Croft today and he is now a free agent. I assume he'll sign for Oldham permanently.
Kyle
I assume he'll sign for Oldham permanently. I'd have thought so. He's been excellent down there by all accounts.
McD
Lomas has nothing like the back story. I mean it. I'm all for giving people a second chance, but Jody Morris has some unsavoury episodes in his CV. I never liked him being involved in our club and I wouldn't want him back. Cash not spent looks much better as a balance than the interest due on purchases...
lang toon saintie
I did not realise that he was still at Oldham when I posted.
HOODLUM65
Get him back to saints! Would be good if there are any further injuries. Don't agree with this whatsoever . He's been here and done it and lets face it, we have got to look forward not backwards. But let us be thankful for his time here.

Broon
I'd take Lee Croft in a flash. He was superb for Saints. Unfortunately we can't afford his wages and I doubt he'd want to settle up here. Edited February 1, 2013 by Broon

A lot of my mates in Perth were nutters when they were young, most of them now are good old fashioned family men bringing up their kids. Jody had an exemplary attitude when he played for Saints. Unfair comment imo. john1962

It must be great to be able to go through life without regretting anything you've ever done. I wonder how many people would cope with the expectation, fame and money at such a young age. john1962 and ex-montrosesaintee
rik2304
Jody won't be the first or last footballer to do some idiotic things when they are young and inexperienced. Its how they then learn and develop. I would say that Jody certainly grew up. Can the same be said about guys like Joey Barton, John Terry ....Leigh Griffiths.
