McEwan1884
Wouldn't it be good to have a song that every Saints fan knows and can sing along to every game? A song that reminds people of Saints? Does anyone else think we should have our own song?
Ronaldo
Yes. We used to have songs that nobody else could sing because they were unique to us. ... Donaldson's better than Yashin etc. Now we just copy songs from down south pr other teams like - "C'mon Ye Saints!" "We're Blue We're White ..." Calinho
Sweet caroline was a fans favourite and more and more people picked it up, but the fact that it had a manager who got sackeds name in it ment it was always going to fizzle out, but it was great while it lasted

john1962
As a song only if you are into traditional Scottish songs but as an icebreaker when the tension is high knowing you are one game away from a semi final as a first division club I doubt if there is much better. williamwonka
yo! ill have a wrack writing session with my band and see if we can come up with something! they are all saintees anyways so should come up with something good! have a listen if you care at www.myspace.com/hellopirates we are normally a bit dark rock/ballady but im sure its not too out our depths! however, still think we should sing scotland scotland whenever he scores! or a different version of flower o scotland ''oh jason scotland! when will you score, a goal again , against airdrie! nah nah nhah ...etc''

wee john
We have a few unique songs. We're blue we're white was ours, Falkirk stole it from us. "I went up to Muirton one day in the year" Sweet Caroline still gets a blast now and again. Owen Coyle, tiny bubbles. "the game had only just begun when Pele made it number one, Bye Bye Dundee" probably the best ever. Nobody's child, "As I was slowly passing Muirton Park one day"
Ronaldo
"the game had only just begun when Pele made it number one, Bye Bye Dundee" probably the best ever. Yeah I agree that is a classic. Totally brilliant. Somebody put the lyrics up and I'll sing it online. I think the best way to keep it unique is to have a purely Saints defined lyric in it. lulu
Yes, this must be the best one. I could post the lyrics if someone could remind me whether it was Pele or Derek who "hammered number f****n' three in"
