Feel free to remind me it was only a friendly/training exercise, but it was for them as well. They managed 19 shots on goal, we managed 3.

I wasn't there and don't know what the line up was, maybe someone can enlighten me, but I'm not impressed with that result.

It was a group of your kids who were playing against a team a lot more experienced.

I was there and did pay my £6 to get in. Absolutely incredible that a fan sits on a computer without knowing the teams or any facts and says they are not impressed by a scoreline.

As for Sevco saying a Saints coach was playing right back interesting to get a game cause he only looked about 16.

And one of the  scorers for Edinburgh city was the former Hibs player Alex harris. So pretty experienced

I heard the same, although it was - and I'm not joking - the sports scientist playing centre back. Is that the guy MacFarlane?

Assume there were no team lines kicking about?

Nothing that I saw. The team was full of kids spoke to one dad before the match who said they were all 16 or 17 year olds. If that was the sports scientist playing at the back he did okay. There was only Alan maybury and a physio with the team.

Did Maybury bully anyone?

I think that answers any questions as to how seriously the result should be taken.

Do sometimes wonder how bookies price up games like that though. The edge against them must be huge as the analysts can't possibly have much knowledge, so they must price in a lot of risk. I'd think that the true odds would be closer to evens.

Surely the game should have been titled Edinburgh City v St Johnstone X1 if there was betting on the game.

Plus guys spending good money to watch a non game.

The fact they were charging 6 quid for adults 3 for pensioners and 2 for kids was ridiculous.. know they would have costs to hire the pitch etc but surely 6 quid was ott.

Funniest thing was the linesman telling the guy at half time that his dad and wife had to pay and they shouldn't have  ended up getting their money back
