AthensSaint
Naw, Brad McKay. Saints passed up two guilt edge chances to score in the second half right in front of goal, before horrendous defensive blunders handed victory to Sevco on a plate. I believe Ando was playing. Was he the cause of the "defensive blunders" ???

MrBored
Highlights can be found here. Might be wrong but at the time I thought the first was down to Comrie and McKay could have done better for the second.
MrBored
Looking at the first again, I am probably doing Comrie a dis-service...might not be him!
Cagerf
How did how did Crisis Kane do last night?
MrBored
He was leading the line ok, didn't have any real chances to speak off. Picked up a knock and came off before half-time. Would have thought he's a doubt for Sat.
Cagerf
I am getting a bit worried that Kane might be getting pushed out even though he has done nothing wrong.
sixties saintee
I am getting a bit worried that Kane might be getting pushed out even though he has done nothing wrong.Similar to Liam Caddis speaking to him at half time Saturday asked him if he was injured said he wasnt, not even on the bench. MrBored
Kane is a little unlucky at the mo. Given the form of Maclean and Cummins it is difficult to drop them. The only question at the mo is whether it is Kane or Sutton as a replacement. He'll have to really take his opportunity, assuming he gets one through injury etc.Caddis is a different kettle of fish. I really think he has to move for his career.

HOODLUM65
Having played one game less than Sevco, glad to see the Saints u20's have overtaken them, moving into 2nd place, 3 points behind Septic, who have played the same number of games as Saints.Next game is a home fixture against Dunfermline on Tuesday next, 13th OCT. K.O. TBC (probably 6pm)

Papa Jack
Brad Mackay strolled that. Pity he canny dae it for the first team.He can defend just fine...his trouble is he thinks he's a footballer!! As soon as Tommy gets that bashed out of him, I think he'll be a great signing. HOODLUM65
Joint top of the league after 7 games, but with an inferior G. D. to Celtic, who have a game in hand.Sevco down to 5th, having been overtaken by Hamilton in 3rd place and St.Mirren.

Highland Saintee
This is pretty impressive stuff! Future looks bright if we can keep these guys in contract and continue their development into the first team.
HOODLUM65
The pace of Saints diminutive right back Craig Thomson scorching up and down the pitch (particularly in the first half ) had the Pars left flank on toast.Dunfermline tactics appeared to be to get everyone behind the ball, which restricted Saints to very few clear cut shooting chances .Only when they fell behind did they attack in numbers and looked good going forward, but left their shooting boots at home
