Going forward it will be a vehicle to contact the Club with Feedback/Concerns/Ideas. Likewise the Club can get a feel for how supporters view any changes at the club. Basically the police and the stewards treat the OF differently in the hope that their behaviour won't escalate. So it's damage limitation. Let them away with some stuff so they get in and out of the stadium/town as quickly as possible. All stadium's and police authorities treat them the same.
