Going to be really hard going in the 2nd half. Team dont deserve this, they look quite dispondent and want it over. Lots of mistakes happening in first half. Wasnt a deliberate passback. Fair play to the ref though, he ended the first half on 45mins 03 secs.

Lost interest in the game don't like the sound of Callum's statement at all. "Something we are trying to rectify with the SFA" - are we asking for a postponement v Livi to give us a chance of fielding a decent team in the final?

Come to think of it the Livi game would be SPFL.  I think we deserve a fuller statement from the Club.

Think that's about getting the training ground open again.

Club haven't been allowed to train since early last week, it seems.

Considering the team I think they did as well to keep the score down as its no wonder Celtic tied it up late on as the guys hadn't trained this week & half of them hadn't played 90 mins.

If we had to play that team against Livi I am sure we could get a result.

Job done really, as we stay 5th going into the final day.

Not training for a week, the Cup game just a few days ago, and half a squad missing through Covid/isolation meant we were always likely to lose heavily.

Fair comment.

Sixties reckoned we'd keep a clean sheet.

Exactly. Wasnt a magnificent Celtic performance that scoreline would suggest. Thought Celtics defence was actually quite sloppy at times but Saints didnt capitalise and didnt even look like we wanted to. Keeper had some decent saves.

Avoid defeat and we finish 5th.

Beat Hibs we win the Scottish Cup.

Two HUGE matches for our club.

Perhaps the biggest news story in our clubs history currently being written, too, in terms of the affect it'll have on the pitch.

Hopefully rumours are just rumours.

Unfortunately no smoke without fire as they say hope it is just rumours

Watching Sportscene highlights and couldn't believe Bobby Madden gave a free kick for a pass back, which went through to the keeper who picked the ball up.

Saints player on the extreme right of the halfway line plays the ball backwards, in an area loaded with players, the ball eludes everyone bar 1 Saints player who could have hoofed it clear but presumably got a shout from the keeper who gathers comfortably.

Bobby Madden, free kick, Septic one up.

How could the Ref. possibly deem that the Saints player fully intended to play the ball to the keeper , with such a high risk of the ball being intercepted by an opposition player.

Astonishing!
