Most probably.but if he gets a pay per play deal he would really need to work hard to get into playable shape. We all know a fit Lee Croft would be a great addition to what i consider a strong squad

Imagine Croft at his best, threading through balls into May's great runs.....football porn

Is there such a thing?? It is correct in your eyes but may not be in others.Unless someones opinion is illegal (i.e. a certain race should be exterminated) I don't think it can be wrong. You may not agree with someones opinion, but that does not make them wrong and you right.

Just to add fuel to this off topic debate(apologies mods)

You say Hasselbaink is a great footballer. However, put him against Pique, Ramos etc, would he still be great??

Robertson is a terrible footballer you state as fact. I reckon he would walk through games in League 1 or 2

I worded it incorrectly, to be honest. You shouldn't deem the three things I listed as 'opinions', but  'facts' instead.

We are on a St Johnstone messageboard, talking about things from a purely Saints-based context. Of course Hasselbaink would struggle against the world-class defenders you named. From a St Johnstone perspective, however, Hasselbaink is an excellent player and Robertson isn't. For example, there is no doubt that John Brogan was a top, top finisher. An excellent finisher, in fact. But I wouldn't expect someone on this forum to point out that he wasn't as good as Robin Van Persie currently is. That isn't particularly relevant.

All ma shop's Couriers are gone. What is he saying tae it?

Basically he wants to sign for Saints as Tommy "the manager of the month" Wright has kept in touch with him -Goes on to say he is a bit plump ( lack of match fitness) and needs to get up to speed ( not the sniffy kind) but be as fit as the rest.

And irony dictates that former Saints boss Steve Lomas, now at Millwall, was involved in what turned out to be a frustrating close season for the midfielder.

He said: “I was at Millwall for pre-season and was promised something there but it didn’t happen. It was really frustrating because Oldham had offered me a new deal and I had other clubs interested as well.

“I waited and waited for something to happen but it all fell apart and by that time everyone else had moved on.”

Well THAT sounds unlikely, ha ha ;)
