dan loves saints
Its extremely sad as he only had an 18 month deal signed in jan 2010 which is up at the end of this season, So hopefully he can get something sorted http://www.wba.co.uk/page/ProfilesDetail/0,,10366~50438,00.html we should sign him at the end of the season. Widge
I reckon WBA might just forget about him now, which is a real shame, but I am sure Del would be very quick to offer him anotherr opertunity to reach the highest level again. Of course I hope I am wrong.

Of course I hope I am wrong. Not sure Del would offer him a contract. He seemed to rate Parkin who hardly manages to get his head to a ball to Haber who directed the ball to fellow player most times. Speedy recovery Marcus & all the best for your future career.

Jad
Really gutted at losing Marcus, I've liked what I have seen of him. Doesn't give up & for a big bloke he can move. Best wishes for a full recovery Marcus, in an ideal world you would be back at Perth but I still wish you all the best.
jinky
Gutted, simply gutted. Looked like a great player, wasn't ever given enough game time though. Should be seriously looking to sign him, nominal fee to the baggies and he's ours.

jinky
Hardie, Moon, Peaso of the current squad. Weir and O'Boyle to name 2 from years gone by. We have a fine tradition of standing by players with long term injuries. Get him signed......
Mike180279
Devastating news. Best of wishes to him, and if West Brom choose to loan him out next season I hope he keeps us in mind...Hopefully he will feel he has unfinished business
Real Madrid
Like many have said above I am gutted for Marcus, who has showed a lot of potential in his time on the pitch for Saints. From a personal point of view it was great to see a team mate of a friend from Vancouver (who I had already converted to follow Saints) playing for St Johnstone and I certainly know he had enjoyed his time in Scotland. I have no doubt he will be back in the game, lets hope when he returns he has kept his pace and that he is back on the pitch as soon as possible. Broon
Quite gutted about this as I fully expected him to win his starting place and hit a good 10-12 SPL goals this season. Good luck to him.
BlueJ
Lets look on the bright side... He will make a full recovery and get back to the player he was. Once he has reached a certain level of fitness he will need games. Where better to play those games......... See you back on the pitch in a Saints shirt in a few months Marcus! tony_polster
I also don't know why they insist on using the same part of the pitch for the cone slalom. Rips the pitch up in the same place every week. It always looks terrible. Ironically they did on Saturday.
