babychunder
---it's one of those clubs where managers would have to ask: "why would I go there?" The expectation is so high failure is almost inevitable. That said, McLaren is useless. You just look at him, that desperate, hang-dog expression and those pleading "don't hate me" eyes, and cannot imagine how he could inspire a dressing room.Yes McLaren's a numpty. I remember him speaking with fake Dutch and Geordie accents on TV, and then that episode with the brolly.
Abernethy Saint
Steve McLaren given his pansies at the Toon. Benitez next says my Geordie mate. Can't see it myself.Best get the Mrs to buy the lottery ticket this week.

Kilgour
Interesting quote from Alan Shearer today "Rafa may succeed as he is the first Mike Ashley appointee who has been granted his own way." {interesting his contract includes a get-out clause when they get relegated)

sleepless
I actually feel a bit sorry for Lennon. He's had his hands tied from the start. He could have walked when it became clear he'd been sold a pup but he stuck it out. Don't like the guy but I think he's behaved honourably. babychunder
For me Lennon and honourable don't belong in the same sentence. Horrible, horrible c'unt who behaved like an arsehole during his time here in Scotland. Glad to see him get his P45 and no payoff.

south inch
Today's result will surely see the end of Delia. First manager to be sacked with his team about to win the league? What about Warburton? Will he also go in the summer cashing in on his "success" or will he stay on and take the risk that things could quickly go sour? Defeat to the Genghis Khan All Stars and a less than inspiring start to the League could soon see the knuckle draggers calling for a "Rangers Man" to take over. Also there is the risk that King might use today's win as an excuse for keeping the war chest locked.
south inch
Celtic have announced they have no plans to sack Delia. I guess that confirms my view above.
