Totten got it spot on, we were 2nd bottom of the old second division when he took over and heading for oblivion, I think we were about 5th or 6th when he got the boot. Every club in the country back then had unsustainable financial spending at football clubs, Saints had much bigger crowds back then and were probably the best run club in Scotland even back then.
