The ghost of Jim Morton
Nae doom, nae gloom. One love, one love, lets get together and beat Dundee. Big crowd, great atmosphere and a win for Saints. I am confident we will win this game. One request Mr Wright, get McFadden as far away fae the squad as possible please. Amsterdam
We want to visit this game coming Saturday. As we are all Dutch it will be our first visit to a game of st johnstone!! Could anyone advice us if we can just buy tickets at the stadium and if we ran the risk it will be sold out? Which stand has the best atmosphere and also important to which pub should we go before and after the game? 541ntees and garydavidson

Best stand is the east stand and if you want an atmosphere head for the scoreboard end

You could have a few beers in the St.Johnstone club ( in the city centre) before taking the supporters bus from the club up to the game.. The east stand mentioned above is the one down the right side when you are walking towards the stadium. The bar in the main stand at the ground will be quite full prior to kick off. Not a bad game to attend as well. Enjoy! Edited April 8, 2015 by PerthSeany
Amsterdam
Thank you all for the replies! We will definitely go for the st johnstone club then! Is this also the best place after the game or should we go for a pub near the stadium afterwards? Jiangsu Sainty

Cagey
I think we will be looking for United to win or draw against Hamilton. On the strength of their recent form that might be a wish too far.
ex-montrosesaintee
I guess 2 months ago if we'd been offered a winner takes top 6 match v Dundee we'd have gone for it. Positive thinking required. sleepless

Jad
The Dees will really be up for this. Tonight they were fast, closed utd down very quickly, defence dealt with all Utds lumped in high balls. We need to right on our game.

Thats us ****ed then as our game is all about lumping high balls & aged midfielders needing time on the ball.
Shaggy Jenkins
To be honest obvious money aside I wouldn't be too dissapointed to be in the bottom 6 and finish 7th. Let's face it 4th is probably a step too far for us and we could quite easily do what we did previously and loose all our top 6 games. Whereas in the bottom half 4 out of the 6 teams could really be in a dogfight for second bottom and could make for some Interesting games. ex-montrosesaintee
Given other teams around us have games in hand, if we fail to get a result against Dundee, how long will we have to sweat awaiting other results before we know our fate? Could be horrible. pitsjfc

Could be horrible. We'll know by 4.45pm on Saturday. If we beat Dundee, we are in the top 6. If we drop points against them, and if Hamilton beat Dundee United, we are in the bottom 6.
