HOODLUM65
Once Sevco have another EGM, they will ask for permission from existing shareholders to issue new shares, and at that point, any loans given to them from Dave King et al will convert into shares. They can not "invest" at the moment until a new share issue is approved, so are loaning money to keep things ticking along. Why they haven't "loaned" the £5m to get rid of Cashley's loan is a mystery though. Sevco board calling on shareholders to refuse Cashley's request to have his £5million "loan" repaid, when they hold the EGM. Seems like no matter who is at the helm, they're still not for paying out. Super swally asked to wave goodbye to a large chunk of money and Sports direct guy now being told they wont pay back his loan. Hector Brocklebank must have delivered some fash to I brokes. Oldermoresensiblepack
i was on holiday an missed this. what happened? McCall was bleating about the ticket allocation from Well claiming that the should have had more coz Well wouldn't / couldn't fill the stands. Despite the the doing the same thing to them. Fair play to Well for standing up on this. GO't what they gave and then went in the huff. 541ntees and Cagey

Seems like no matter who is at the helm, they're still not for paying out. All the more puzzling given that King made great play of the need to get rid of Ashley's influence and to kick his placemen off the Board. Who do they think will lend them any money in future other than DK and the 3 Bears if this is their attitude to a legitimate request to repay a loan which would have the benefit of freeing up valuable assets and also, one assumes, achieving a bigger take on any The The merchandise sold? The message most people will take from this is that they do not have any money and DK's £30 million is yet another fairy story. Abernethy Saint
I think King's approach is that the various deals struck by Ashley, mainly those with Green, would not stand up in court. He probably means to re-negotiate first. But who knows? Braw that the current regime seems to be little or no better than the previous ones. More fun to come. Percy Johnston
Anyway, I think I'll read the paper (from 2012)... Rangers players can become legends if they win all four leagues by Mark Hateley Hately speaking in July 2012 - "In four years' time, I don't think the SPL will exist. In fact, it could be disbanded within a year if half of its clubs go to the wall." HOODLUM65, Al C, ex-montrosesaintee and 2 others
