Seannachie
I was wondering when we picked up the nickname 'dossers'. The headline for the Sunday Herald report of the Motherwell game was 'Dossers set for top six'. No reference in the report linking to the headline. Just thought it was strange. Or maybe im missing an obvious joke..
Guest ScottMann
I think Neil Doncaster was guest editor this week.
McCarry One Nil
Motherwell are called The Dossers fae The Shire by a few of their own. Obviously they aren't going top 6 though so weird headline
Jimmy Wallace
Spotted that too and had no idea where it came from. Doesn't sound very complimentary does it?

The Real Saints
If a 10-year old foreign exchange student had written that article whilst on work experience, I would still criticise it. Absolutely dreadful. Edited March 20, 2017 by The Real Saints

Abernethy Saint
Not one on work experience anyway, there aren't many chimney sweeps these days. When I finally got round to getting my chimney swept, I was astonished and disappointed to learn they use hoovery things rather than children now. uphallsaint and Dave H

Tut, tut, children indeed. I always used a chimney brush on the end of rods.

Ah the good old days. The malnourished boy climbing up the chimney, always did a good job cleaning it. If he didn't he got thrashed. If the sweep knew you, he let you join in. While the boy was up the chimney, the sweep would give you a wee song and dance using a mockney accent. All for half a crown.

That is some swear filter when you can't even use the acceptable abbreviated proper name for Richard!
