The voting slip shown on the BBC appears to be from Dunder Football Club. SPFL now claiming they received an email from Dundee after this slip was received saying this vote was not to be regarded as cast. More to follow it appears. This is fun! Abernethy Saint
Once again, having a one-off, one-year weird league with funny numbers to sort things out and then reverting to normal is not “reconstruction”. Its just sorting things out. If clubs wanted to reconstruct, it would obviously be agood opportunity to do it, but that’s a separate conversation nobody has to have unless they want to. Reconstruction does not have to be on any agenda.
mainstand
Ann Budge now coming out stating that she will be proposing a restructuring of football for the sake of Scottish football. Obviously a coincidence that the proposal saved Hearts arses by not relegating them Now rangers asking for the spfl to give each club a loan just now and get repaid when the prize moneyn comes out. Take it they need the cash quick. blueheaven, HOODLUM65 and Cagey 1

Melbourne Saint
Personally i think the whole thing is lacking moral conscience. mainstand
For those that think that come August it will all be back to normal: .sports illustrated are quoting a top virologist as saying there will be no.major sporting events with crowds until such times as a vaccine is mast produced. Another UK paper said there would not be any large crowds of up to 40 or 50 thousand until next year. Shankley got it so so wrong when he said football was more important than life. south inch

Bruno Strasser
It's very difficult to imagine any large gathering of any kind - never mind one for a football match. The people organising this farce have completely lost touch with reality.
Cagey
We know what the yes vote was for but was there an option for the no vote apart from not wanting what the yes vote was for ?.
Cagey
If this farce does nothing else but get rid of Doncaster then it will have been worthwhile. The guys 10 years in Scottish football has been a disaster but its the clubs that keep supporting him so they only have themselves to blame. Indicator
Is that you talking to yourself there Cagey. Is it... that you can withdraw a 'No' vote, and change it or abstain, but if you've submitted a 'Yes' - that's final ? A formula for chaos until the end of the month just when clubs are looking for some clear strategy going forward.

If you don't vote it counts as no but you have 28 days to change in order to vote for the resolution. Suspect uefa will make a ruling prior to this lot coming to a decision. Havana Saint
Do we think Statement FC will come out with a morning statement tomorrow before a lunch statement, because I think we are all overdue a statement in these statement less times. south inch and Abernethy Saint 1

A Rangers* fan has a petition to remove Doncaster which already has 15,000 signatures. He next plans a petition to have Peter Lawwell removed from the SPFL Board. This one at least should succeed since Lawwell is no longer on the SPFL Board. I really don't get why the H@ns are doing this, apart from to show "they're a force". Celtic have the league in the bag, they've got 2nd. Aberdeen & Mothwell, Hamilton have more of a concern. UEFA needs to make a strong decision covering all leagues.
Cagey
They still want to look relevant in the eyes of their fans. They need the money but they don't want to look like they are happy to admit Celtic have won the league. It is probably in their interest for the league to finish now & they can say Celtic never won their 9the title.

There is an issue with the Rangers want Doncaster out train in that the Doncaster was not the one that was accepting or counting the votes. The votes were all sent to the Secretary Ian Blair. Surely if there was a problem with the counting of the votes then Blair should be the one to go,

Cagey
Let's face it if we were bottom we would have voted No. It's getting out of hand now with Partick threatening Dundee with legal action. I wonder where Rangers ,Hearts & Partick are getting the money for all those legal actions. Perhaps from the loan that they are wanting now they have voted against the proposition. SPFL have already given out advances. Can't see them giving out loans after getting their fingers burnt with Gretna . Don't think it's good business to give £1.5 mil to a club that are £10 million + in debt even if they have a player that was worth £25 million 4 months ago. Dundee are fu cked. Everyone hates them now.
