RandomGuy
Unofficial Twitter saying talks will start with Brian Graham over the next few days, TW will talk to Coventry to try and keep Swanson, and we've two trialists just now. Pleasing. Is that two in addition to Joe Thompson? Or him and one other?
RandomGuy
Him and one other whos "seasons already ended", which to me suggests his club doesn't have any more fixtures. So lower league and not in Play-Offs from here or down South
Shibbydoo
Probably get shot down for this but is Michael Chopra worth taking a look at? Been in a good vein of form since joining Alloa.
Pat McGroin
Probably get shot down for this but is Michael Chopra worth taking a look at? Been in a good vein of form since joining Alloa. Admittedly I've not seen him play but he looked very overweight when I last saw a photo of him. Don't think we should really be looking at more ageing forwards Edited May 7, 2015 by Pat McGroin
Shibbydoo
Fair point, was surprised to see he's only 31 though
Calvhepburn
Brian Graham signed up by Ross County, probably knows he will get a regular game up there...
Kyle
Quite an unexpected blow, that. Plenty of time to find someone else obviously, but still annoying considering he's just hit the goal trail!
deej
Wouldn't give up on keeping him just yet - pre contracts don't mean sh*t in Dingwall. 541ntees
ex-montrosesaintee
pretty disappointed by that, but perhaps explains why he didn't start on Saturday. His contract isn't up until the end of the season though, so if it's a pre contract agreement, can't we just swap him for their bus? 541ntees, rammsteinally and Jamie_Beatson
sixties saintee
This could come back and bite us big time hope its not true.
patsy
Well that's what happens when you drop the only striker that's scoring goals and then bring McFadden on before him. Excellent work Tommy
Jad
Brian Graham to Ross County? Is this true?
Jiangsu Sainty
The source for the BG to Ross County is their official twitter https://twitter.com/RCFCStaggies I don't want to see him on the pitch for Saints again. I'm not saying he has done anything wrong by going to a club offering him a two year deal, but he can't play v Arabs anyway and we need to be playing St. Johnstone players. (OK maybe he can shore us up a bit v Celtic but thats it) templeofsaints
Lt Col Kojak Slaphead III
Brian Graham to Ross County? Is this true? Afraid so. 2 year deal.
Jad
Just read the Press & Journal where it says Brian Graham has signed a 2 year deal with Ross County and that Jim McIntyre is pleased to have signed him up.
ex-montrosesaintee
Not one for knee jerk reactions usually, but would be happy if he doesn't play again for us this season now. Prepare for next season, play Kane. He was excellent against Celtic and Aberdeen earlier in the season, and BG can't play this week anyway. templeofsaints
ex-montrosesaintee
And on the basis that we have lost out on BG, I hope TW pulls out all the stops to keep Danny Swanson here next year.
patsy
I wouldn't have signed for us if I was him either!
PerthSeany
He obviously wasn't enjoying being at Saints as much as he was saying he was anyway.
patsy
He obviously wasn't enjoying being at Saints as much as he was saying he was anyway. how many games has he started since Christmas? Maybe that's why he's signed for county. Christ it must be soul destroying being on the bench knowing your the only player that's scoring goals and then you see McFadden getting on before you monkfish and HOODLUM65

ex-montrosesaintee
If it was you or I and someone offers you 2 years guaranteed work on good wages what would you do, Know my answer. Can Ross County really offer more than Saints? With the goals he's scored, he was in a strong position to negotiate a 2 year deal with Saints. There was really no risk of him ending up on the scrap heap. Your point would normally be convincing, but I'm not sure I would chose to go to Dingwall when I thought I could stay put for similar money. Possible European football versus a relegation scrap? lethamsaintee
Can't blame the guy to be honest, treated a wee bit unfairly by Saints overall. Bit disappointed.
PerthSeany
As people of said he was probably getting fed up being left out. What more can he do to cement a place in the team. Hes possible thought I'll go elsewhere for more regular starts. I also have a feeling we were yet to sit down and discuss an offer with him either. He can't wait forever.
