Yeah, seems to be the fashion but never seen them so far up to groin.

But then Shay Logan the Aberdeen plumber probably thinks it looks cool.

It's probably about time that fashion dictates that football shorts are shorter again. Ronaldo seems to hoist his up whenever he takes a free kick, been doing that for years.

It’s definitely a fashion thing. Short shorts are in this year. Not for me, but generally!

average age of 17 playing a couple of lowland league sides and coming away with 2 draws. Are we testing the water for a bid for the lowland league with our B team for next season

It would be a goer if they accept us into their league.

Grest way to fast track development

Not sure if anyone else went to last night's friendly at the Riverside, but the Saints development squad lost 2-0, with both goals coming in the last five minutes. Dailly and Sandford both played the full game for a very young Saints team who did pretty well overall, considering it was literally men against boys.

People will no doubt be delighted to hear that the youngsters were set up in a very similar formation to the first team.

Thought no 6  Liam Parker played well

I was interested they lined up like first team formation wise, it makes sense to me they would do that but shows ( not that there was any doubt ) that style of play is here to stay

Don't think any Saints player was older than 18, few 2006 born players on by time Jeanfield scored

I go to a few Jeanfield games and ladt night was a very good attendance,  feel they could have charged more than £3 and made some more cash, I don't think anyone wouldn't have gone if was a fiver.

I was thinking the same thing - they could easily have charged full price and made a bit of money. Not sure what the attendance was but it was bigger than any crowd I've seen at that ground in the past.

It would be good to see this made an annual thing.
