Cagey
The ref yesterday gave him a few fouls early on but soon changed ,whether he started to think the were dives or started to listen to Thistle players moaning ,we will never know. What is obvious is he is staying down now ,waving his arms at the ref. He will have to learn you get some you lose some.He stayed down in the box late on in the game when if he had got right up he would have been in a position to take a rebound. Chinese Eskimo
Its May's own fault he is underprotected by referees. He goes down far to easily and that reputation is beginning to stick with him, similar to Peter Pawlett.
R.B.B:- Adz
His time on the deck and the amount he is flailing his arms about have definitely increased.

St Mikey
No protection from referees recently. All the accusations are stemmed from United moaning he is a diver. He is not being tackled hard but more being assaulted during games. Wonder how many bruises he has all over his body with the abuse he's been getting. While I agree he maybe needs to just get in with it sometimes I do sympathise with him. A few times on Saturday he was just plain taken out of the game and was given nothing. Clear free kicks waved away. Little wonder he is frustrated sometimes.

He should stop diving then, it's pathetic. Good player, no need for it.
akuram
He got what looked like an elbow in the face right in front of the main stand linesman on Saturday and he just ignored it. This is the sort of thing which must be getting him down. Some of the rough treatment he gets is terrible although he does go down easily as do a lot of good strikers it seems. PauloPerth
I think that season just about the whole first team squad scored so the goals were well spread out. Still seems incredible that 4 was the top score when we had such an outstanding season. ...just looked back at the table and we scored 39 league goals the whole season

BAM
Can anyone confirm - heard a rumour today that Stevie May has signed a 2-year extension to his existing contract, making him under contract for a further 3 years. Is this true??????? Would be an extremely good bit if business by the club if true and a real statement from Stevie. But kinda find it hard to believe. Would be totally delighted if it's true!!!!!! Interview with him midweek said he 'would be happy to sit down and discuss it in the coming weeks' or words to that effect. Be gobsmacked if things have progressed to a signed contract in a couple of days. Would be amazing though.

lethamsaintee
Could have been sitting on 20 easily. That left footer off the post in the first half deserved a goal.
ex-montrosesaintee
I thought his first touch in general today was different class. He's a hugely improved player since the season started. He really could go to the very top of the game if he keeps progressing. I can't imagine how good he'll be if he stays for another season and keeps improving at this rate.
