Was in a meeting and in conversation with one of the guys there afterwards he mentioned that that was the talk around the football scene in Peebles where MacLean stays. If the rumour is true then the timing seems to fit. Really gutted about this. We are drifting dangerously close to the bottom six, and the loss of Macca would be a major blow to rectifying that. He was enjoying his football and really looked a class act this season. Can only hope it's not the case and that he comes through this and back to full fitness.
