I honestly believe he was the person most likely to make Saints tick before his injury. Great to see him back in the team. The team will be stronger with him in it! He's clearly looked after himself whilst he's been injured and his performance last night, considering the length of his absence, was unbelievable. I really hope there's a new contract in front of him for next season as he is one of our most important players. Was in a meeting and in conversation with one of the guys there afterwards he mentioned that that was the talk around the football scene in Peebles where MacLean stays.
