Received notification  for Season Ticket holders to apply for a match ticket ( for the above game), to be decided by ballot.

Applications are to be submitted by Email/ on-line.

While this decision has been made at short notice and I,  as a S/T holder, can and have applied, this arrangement disadvantages those Season Ticket holders, who for different reasons , don't have an email address or are not online and won't be able to apply.

Don't hold out any great hopes for this game.  Celtic were clearly trying to make sure their best team could play against Rangers.  Now that game is delayed and after the flop last night their priority will be 3 points against us so those lucky(?) in the ballot will get to see Kyogo plus any others who were being "managed" and are fit to play at least part of the 90 minutes.

Test event for season ticket holders to check their access to Saints TV as well so presumably those of us not in / missing out on the ballot will still get to watch the game from behind the sofa that way

Took decision not to apply for this. Will be first home game I've missed (fans allowed) in 7 years I reckon. It was fine back in the summer when we thought it was a route back to something but sitting on your own (no guarantee that family/friends get an allocation) in the cold, potentially in the front bottom corner? Just really don't see the appeal when you can watch it with whoever you like on Sky Sports/Saints TV.

Everyone I've spoken to feels the same and it's compounded by being told there is no science behind the 500 limit (McDiarmid could easily accommodate all ST holders) but that they are doing this to send out a message that we need to reduce social interaction. That despite triple boosters and LFTs.

Good luck to those in the hat.

Had a wee discussion with the 3 other guys a sit with at games.

None of us applying as the thought of social distanced seats away from your normal seat on your tod was probably the most unappealing thought imaginable.

We will watch it in comfort with a beer on the box

Fecken fed up with all this Covid merry go round

Be embarrassing if we didn't get 500 but I agree ,the fact you can't sit with your mates plus it's on Sky will make going to the game less than attractive

Email from club says that up to 3 households can sit together of an unlimited number of adults also allowing bottles of water in as long as they are unopened.

If you have virgin for your tv and dont have sky sports, its on  channel 110 on boxing day. Sky Showcase or something.

So not only are we missing out on £50 grand + that we are losing on the crowd. Now the virgin customers that were going purchase Saints TV won't need to.
