garydavidson
The BBC seem to be missing one match report from their Scottish football home page!
garydavidson
St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright is pleased his side managed to fashion a goal out of nothing: "We produced the only real bit of quality in the game. To not play as well as we can and win, at this stage of the season is important. It's a vital win." On moving above Hearts into fifth Wright said: "After last season I don't think many people would have thought that was possible. We want to get to 40 points as soon as possible. That's a good platform to kick on."

MrBored
That wasn't exactly a classic. Kerr & Joe were very impressive at the back, dealt with everything Livi could come up with. Â

Cagey
Massive 3 points especially with run of games coming up. Pretty shit display but Joe & Jason were immense but Muzz is just about a one man team. Thought he started off slowly & thought he might not be ready but Tommy changed it & Muzz came into his own. The formation in the first half just didn't work. Another clean sheet. I think we are way ahead on that score.
Bruno Strasser
Jason Kerr was absolutely top drawer. What a talent. Dreadful game great result. Â
Havana Saint
That was a superb three points, didnt play too well at times, Livingston a tough nut to crack. They had the better ofthe first 20 mins but we gradually played our way into the game. Liam and Jason were excellent. Spoony better when he came over to the right first half. Dundee doing us a wee favour, all aboard the choo choo for three more points in the capital. Great squad at the moment.
Dave H
Thats now 11 clean sheets in 14. How's that even possible for us? And of that 14, we've only lost 2...... Good work, time to look forward and battle!

If.. and it's a big if...we win our game in hand we will only be 2 points behind The Rangers who have spent £14 million to get where they are!! yep, it's against Celtic, so as big ifs go, this one is certainly contingent upon.... ss75990
Most of the results definitely went our way last night. Move above Hearts and now 7 points clear of Livi and 8 clear of Hibs. IF we can get a result on Saturday then we will be in a very good position to seal top 6. COYS!!!!!!

Livingston playing Rangers, so a win for us and either of them, would either have us 10 points clear of Livingston, or 2 points behind Rangers. garydavidson
Although we are playing Celtic three times in ten days technically only one really counts for the league. If we get beat in the game in hand it wont have a bearing on position unless the goal difference takes a battering again.

Think you’ll find there’s quite a bit between the teams in the league. The table gives an indication of how bad 3/4 teams actually are. PauloPerth and south inch
