Ormond's Army
did he have to agree to it? basically if another club offered him a contract could he have taken it? After the Ritchie Brittain debacle, does a contract mean anything anymore? Players have too much power these days and can hold clubs to ransom!! PerthSeany
Durnan from QOS, always impressed by him and I believe he was at saints before? Saints released him about 2 or 3 years ago yes.

Lt Col Kojak Slaphead III
Tam Scobbie signed a new two year deal. Yeah just read that on twitter. Very surprised by that, think it can only mean one thing unfortunately. Frazer obviously doesn't seem to think he will be able to give us another season
dave mc
Tam Scobbie signed a new two year deal. Pleased with that, still think there's a decent cb in there, Ando still has bombscares after 10 years, so hope for Tam yet.
Broon
3rd best defense in the league so it makes sense to tie these guys up. None of them are bad players and there isn't much better out there. Mackay and Wright are getting on a bit though so time will tell how important they have been to the record. Tranmere Saintee
Durnan from QOS, always impressed by him and I believe he was at saints before? Apparently Hearts want him but he is waiting to see if QOS get promoted before deciding on his future.

Dont really think he is any better a CH than Brad McKay to be honest and he has found it difficult breaking into the Hearts team this year, suppose it will all depend on whether Celtic step up their (reported) chase for Danny Wilson in the summer. MrBored
Tam Scobbie signed a new two year deal. Bit surprised with the length of the deal, but happy to have him part of the squad. Guess he is cover for Easton as well as cover for Wright (and or McKay).

I've not seen enough of McKay to comment but I've watched Durnan 4 or 5 times this season and he's absolutely dominant in the air. He looks a good solid center half - shame we decided to let him go. ex-montrosesaintee
Scobbie can play LB and CH, although his aerial ability is substantially inferior to Frazer, so he always looks more comfortable at CH alongside Frazer instead of alongside Ando. A valuable squad player with scope to improve and force his way into the first team more regularly. He also scored that penalty that makes him a legend forever. I don't recall him playing next to Frazer much, if at all. Both are left footers so it would affect the balance of the defence a little. To be fair to Ando, he hardly misses a game. mainstand
Broon did he nope play alongside Wright when Ando was out for about 2 months last season with his broken thumb?
PauloPerth
I thought Mackay played at centre back around that time.. And possibly Clancy played a game or two as well? Was Scobbie not out injured at the same time as Ando?? That feels like ages ago!!
Cagey
Scobbie is a good squad player to have. Agreed but would be surprised if he signed for 2 years to sit on the bench.

RandomGuy
Both are left footers so it would affect the balance of the defence a little Always wonder about things like this, as two right footers in defence is never questioned. ex-montrosesaintee
Jenko82
Quite happy to have scobbie signed up, he certainly has more joy against teams who play the ball on the deck and is certainly good at playing the ball out from the back (when the midfield isn't camped on the 18yd line). Watching Frazer on Saturday hoovering any aerial balls just in front of defence makes me think scobbie doesn't have that aspect to his game in his locker
