Linky
He was ok on Saturday, but wouldn't have scored May's goal if he'd still have been on. Just seems like Chris Kane without the physical presence and ability to win us free kicks.

Able to win free kicks and always causing defenders problems, good hold up player. Actually think he is badly missed in the squad. Think with the right service we could get a decent number of goals out of him some season. MySpazz

Rob
Will also be interesting to see how Kane recovers from such a long time out. He was always best when he was playing every week.

It’s great to hear him back him, we want that but last year we played Ciftci all second half of the season and he couldn’t score in a brothel with 100 quid in his hands. Lets hope Max, Sinclair, Mahon etc can get a fair shake from him. Edited August 17, 2022 by pezza70 Typo

Saintdunc
For those of us who are of a certain vintage, how about Bair and the late Buck McGarry up front?
HOODLUM65
William (Buck) McCarry, who could play centre half or centre forward. Jim Baxter was best man at Buck's wedding, after their friendship in the Black Watch. Theo has a lot to live up to. Cagey
Less than 2 weeks to find a striker or 2 games for Bair to prove he can do a job. Thank includes hold up play and setting up midfield as he did for goal at Motherwell.

If either him or May pick up an injury or suspension we're going to be in a situation where we won't even have a striker on the bench. At the very least I'd hope we'll get a striker on loan. Total Stranger
Bair is not good enough at this level also think he would struggle in the lower leagues just to soft and doesn't seem to have much technical ability
